WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Wallis Photo LLC rents its facility, including limited equipment, to its customers with the understanding that in no event shall Wallis Photo LLC be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage due to the use of this facility or equipment used by its customers. I hereby waive and hold harmless Wallis Photo LLC from any incidents or accidents which may occur to or by persons either renting or associated with the renting of Wallis Studios on the dates noted below, or any additional dates added later.

Studio Rental Rates

Professional Photography Studio rental

Rates are $200 1/2 day (4 hours or less) and $350/day (up to 8 hours). Full payment is required on the day of the shoot before usage. You can pay with credit card (credit card needs to be paid in advance).

A $50 deposit is required to hold the date (this will be applied towards the balance).

CANCELLATION

Day of shoot: 100% of rental before usage

24 hour notice: 50% of rental

48 hour notice: No charge

*10% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using any credit card. 5% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using other payment methods.

EXTRA CHARGES

Overtime Rates. Rates range from $50/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

Renter will leave studio clean and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment off. If not you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

Renter also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while they are using the studio that they will replace and and all items or pay repair/replacement costs within 96 hours.

 Credit Card payment must be made with PayPal 

Payment for studio rental must be made before usage on the day –no exceptions
